Today’s Recruiting Climate: Fewer Candidates And Companies Want To Relocate?

Anecdotally, I have heard from several sources fewer candidates want to relocate for a new job and fewer companies want to pay to relocate a candidate. It seems like an evolution in today’s jobs market. What are your thoughts?
