What I recommend is don’t wait for a job opening to seek out talent. Instead, attend trade shows and industry events to build your staffing network. Then when you have a staffing need, you can quickly fill it by taping into your employment database.
So remember to constantly recruit.

I am big on networking and finding great people whether we are hiring or not. Makes recruiting so much easier when I have a list of cards and some previous interaction. It is also nice to see how someone interacts in a professional setting or social event
