I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I also hope the signs continue to improve in recruiting. For the last several months temporary hiring has increased. This is a vital sign because many of my employers will first add more temporary workers before adding full time employees. As a result, I am cautiously optimistic about recruiting prospects for the first quarter of 2010.
