2.    There is an increasing convergence of local, mobile, social media and multimedia when your clients are searching for you. As a result, you may want to consider focusing on three emerging channels: a) e-mail b) mobile and c) social media to drive more customers to your company.

3.    As a rule of thumb, you should thoroughly measure all your efforts on the web. This is because proper analytics are fundamental in determining where to focus your best bang-for-the-buck amongst multiple marketing channels.
