Job Interview coaching is a prerequisite with more and more employers adopting video interviewing during this COVID-19 era. As a result, our job interview training can help. It focuses on effective job interview techniques to enhance your video interviews. Proof came during my recent appearance on Chicago’s #1 radio program, WBBM News Radio’s Noon Business Hour.
One of the main job interview coaching tools we employ to assist you is The Real Benefit Exercise™ video, which provides a wealth of job interview techniques. It is an integral part of our new World2Work® job interview training program. With this job interview coaching we teach you the right and wrong way to approach interviews.
Job Interview Coaching Teaches Group Interview Mastery
During part eight of the The Real Benefit Exercise™ video we demonstrate effective job interview techniques for group interviews. Unfortunately, you will now have more than one interviewer to impress.
As is the case with all parts of this job interview coaching video, we instruct you in a documentary style so you can easily learn through the trials and tribulations of our job candidate Ed Johnson. By detailing our job interview coaching in this fashion, we provide you with effective job interview training that addresses most interviewing situations.
For example, one job interview coaching technique we apply to group interviews is “out of left field.” What we mean by this is to employ at least two job interviewers: a) the main interviewer and b) one that will walk in randomly (“out of left left”) to ask you pertinent interview questions. This job interview training will force you to focus on your interviewing tasks at hand.
Virtual Job Interview Training August 8, 2020
Our upcoming virtual job interview training session is on August 8, 2020 at 3 p.m. will focus on first step of our 12 step World2Work® program. Namely “Getting Your Psychological House In Order.”
This is our first step because employment research proves that many job seekers are very stressed, depressed and anxious after losing their jobs. Moreover, when job candidates do not effectively deal with this trauma, it may sabotage both their interviewing efforts and ability to land and keep a job.
During this first step we will share a wide array of techniques to help you get your psychological house in order. These will help you better perform during your job interviews.
Depending upon your level of funds, you can choose many types of exercises and expert advice. Whichever methods you choose, the most important thing is to learn to relax. For example, on the more expensive side, you can: 1) visit a psychologist or psychiatrist or career counselor to discuss internal emotional issues 2) get a massage or facial to help you relax or 3) learn some stress-reducing breathing exercises such as meditation or yoga.
On the inexpensive side, you can: 1) do some deep breathing exercises or 2) visit a friend or religious leader to talk over problems related to being laid off or fired.
Whichever method you choose, relaxing will improve your interviewing performance. As a result, you will amplify your chances of landing and keeping your next job.
